There are all the wi-fi services, fridge, induction hob for cooking and air conditioning. The house has 10 cm insulation, so it is a warm house in winter and cool in summer. The contract is regularly registered, but it is not possible to establish the residence.

My room is exactly as it looked on the site, just as all the common rooms. The only thing that is a little less good is the street noise. But it is not really disturbing.

There is an important aspect that is not obvious in the description: the place is near to all the necessary facilities: farmacy, market, supermarket and everything you need in the daily life is nearby. The place is nice to live in and very cosy.

The house is very welcoming, as soon as you come in you get the feeling of being right at home. The landlady takes very good care of the house, while everyone does their part to clean it as well of course! The location is perfect as you have a lot of shops nearby and its well connected by public transport. I was in the double-room and I loved it! The balcony is perfect for when you wake up in the morning and have a great view of the Alps. The room was a lot bigger than I thought as well! I think what really makes the house is how joyful and caring the housemates are. The landlady and her daughter, which also went to my university, are so lovely and create a family-like atmospfere in the house, taking you in as if you were another family memember! I personally loved it, as it massively helped me to improve my Italian and also meet more people through them. We would occasionally have dinners and outings together. I got to see so much of Torino and Italy thanks to them. They are truely one of a kind! The landlady also takes care of getting like main supplies for the house and lets you use all the pots, pans and kitchenware. If you ask her she even teaches you how to cook some very delicous meals! Again the landlady is super attentive and any problem that you have with the house she is there to help whatever it may be. Overalll, I loved the house, the people and the location. I would highly reccomend coming here is you want a family style kind of living, and of course she respects your personal space but it's always nice to know that while in a foreign country someone is there to give you a hand.
