Lisbon is one of the most popular and interesting cities in Europe where any student will have a great time exploring its history, gastronomy, and culture - studying abroad can't be just about studying, right? So, should you be on your way to the amazing city and need the ideal place to live, you must check out this student accommodation in Saldanha. The neighbourhood itself is super inviting, as it's very well-linked to the city centre and features plenty of restaurants, stores, cafes and it's even close to Instituto Superior Técnico, should you be attending classes there. Take a look! The flat is large, modern and well-equipped with everything you need to call home and you'll make lots of new friends. It presents a total of ten bedrooms, a total of four bathrooms (two common), a living room and a kitchen. one of the bedrooms is especially broad - it has its own living room area! Seems pretty cool, we know. Other perks of this place include a biweekly cleaning service of common spaces, a weekly cleaning service of the bedrooms and a fortnightly change of bed linen and weekly change of towels! This place has your name written all over it, waste no more time and book it - you'll have the time of your life!

This house is really clean and good taken care of. Good communication with the landlord and also really friendly, tidy and serious flatmates. The room is also really close to the metro station and the neighbourhood is really lively and cute. Really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend

This appartement is very good . It's a very big one where we feel confortable. The services of the cleaning ladies are very useful for maintening a good hygiene in the apartement, mostly in common rooms. This is an expensive appartement, but it whorth it.

Nice place to stay. Good location and central. Housemates were noisy and dirty but apart from this the place was good. A little too expensive just for a room but I think this is just because you live in Lisbon

The location and the beautiful historic building are just great. Everything yo need (shops, cafes, etc.) is close and you can just hop into the Metro to the historic centre or the airport. In my view, it is one of the nicest areas in Lisbon. The apartment is great and has a lot of space, so it really does not feel like 10 people sharing it. It is also quiet (no messy student parties) and clean (serviced twice a week). So I had a great time there and would highly recommend it. The specific room is bright and big. The windows face the street and it can get a bit warm in summer. When you are a very sensitive sleeper, you will also need earplugs. Furniture such as the bed is excellent, and very comfortable. The old wooden floors and stucco ceiling are lovely, it is very easy to feel at home.

Positive: - The location is great, right above the crossroads of two metro lines, the 3rd one being one metro stop away only. - The apartment itself is big, clean and confortable. - The furniture is decent, the beds are confortable and there's enough space for your stuff on the shelfs (if you're a man. If you're a woman, you might feel a bit squished). - The landlord is nice, very responsive and available for requests, and overall very sensible. Negative: - The big point has to do with the overall lack of privacy, with the landlord's team entering your room without warning whether you're here or not, whether you're naked or not (not a joke, the naked thing happenned several times to several female flatmates). - You are not allowed to have anyone sleep in your room, including your occasional boyfriend/girlfriend, unless you pay an expensive fee for it (20 euros a night). - On the smaller side, there's a strange choice of lighting in the rooms, with a blasting white light coming from the ceiling, making it feel really cold and white. - It gets really cold in the apartment and you are contractually not allowed to own a heater (not a joke), so if you come during winter, take some additional blankets with you. OVERALL: You probably pay 30% more than the market price to stay in this apartment. You definitely see the extra value in the apartment itself as it looks great, but the service is largely sub-par (no privacy, can't have anyone sleep there, no heaters allowed). I woud recommend if you are a student going hardcore on studies and can't take the risk of having a dodgy contract. Otherwise, you will feel limited and won't feel home.
