Rachid’s spacious entryway means maximum functionality. To the left, the entrance is lined with built-in closet space while the right side offers bench seating to rest and settle into the home. The stunning design of the open-concept living and dining room to the left of the entrance lures guests into the space. The L-shaped lounge creates a warm space for entertaining, fit with hand-selected tapestries and textiles. To the right of the room is a functional, two-person workstation. A six-person dining set sits at the far end of the space with a unique blend of lantern lights hanging overhead. To the other side of the room, a sliding door reveals Rachid’s modern kitchen. Come for the state-of-the-art appliances and stay for the sleek, two-person breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. Back towards the main entrance, the first door on the left leads to a stunning bedroom concept. The left of the room embodies utility with the built-in closet space while the right side of the space feels artisanal.
