Situé dans Cedofeita, vous serez étroit au centre de la ville et dans un voisinage bien servi avec les restaurants, les cafés et les barres qui augmenteront votre expérience, car vous serez proche de la station de métro de Marquês de Pombal qui vous aidera à se déplacer autour de la ville. Cet appartement bien-situé - près de l'école d'infirmières Santa Maria - a trois chambres à coucher bien allumées, une cuisine bien-équipée pour vos expériences culinaires, un salon confortable et finalement deux salles de bains partagées. The apartment is okay, the furniture in my room was beautiful, the room has windows to the south which was good for the winter , and a balcony. The kitchen is okay and has everything, the washing machine was in very bad condition though. The bathrooms are also in good condition. The location is okay, a bit far from the city center but at walkable distance, 20-25 minutes. It’s far from a metro station ( 10 mins walking) but very close to other public transportation. The heating in the winter was problematic - there is only a small heater, which is not effective at all, and very energy consuming which raised the bill. The windows are with single glazing which is also not quite good as it can get quite cold in the winter. Basically, I was cold all the time until the weather got warmer. At least it doesn’t have mould which I heard from others is very common for Portugal. The bills are not included which was not quite good. They would get to 50-60 euro per person each month. Also, the division of the bill is arranged by the flatmates, which can bring conflicts some times and even paying more if someone moved out before bills arrived. . I would strongly recommend for the landlady to include the bills in the rent as to avoid such problems. A good thing about te flat is that you can have overnight guests, and that the landlady doesn’t live there, I met her just once. So you can invite friends and family :)

L’appartamento è tenuto bene, funzionale e comodo sia per gli spostamenti nel resto della città perché vicino a due fermate di metro e a diverse fermate di autobus, sia per la vicinanza a supermercati. La proprietaria di casa è sempre stata disponibile, gentile e ospitale. Molto consigliato.

The apartment is in very good shape and modern. Walking distance to UFP, several bus stops, grocery stores, local restaurants and shops. My room was biggest and brighter, during winter you can enjoy sun whole day, during night it's a bit cold but I bought extra blanket and it was fine. :)

The room is exactly like you see in the picture. I had a nice time there. I stayed 2 months longer than I was supposed to. There are easy access to supermarkets and a nice area. To get to the city centre it's around 25 mins to walk. There are buses close to the apartment , and 10 min to walk to the metro, but depending on where you are going, it can be easier to walk sometimes. The apartment had a good standard overall, and I can recommend it.
