The three double bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished and offer a variety of accommodation options, with one bedroom featuring two single beds and two bedrooms featuring a double bed. The two complete bathrooms, both with shower, guarantee comfort for all guests. A balcony offers an outdoor space where you can enjoy the Florentine climate and relax in the open air. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
