For stays longer than 5 months, the security deposit will be equal to 3 months, for shorter periods equal to 2 months. In the case of two tenants in the same room, the deposit is doubled. There are 580 euros per month as flat rate expenses to be divided between the tenants present in the apartment. This amount includes condominium expenses, heating, and garbage collection. The costs of electricity, water and gas are calculated based on consumption and to be shared with the other tenants of the apartment. Upon arrival, you must bring the deposit money in cash. It is absolutely important to make a detailed video that will serve as an inventory. In the event of an early departure, before the contract is concluded, the security deposit will not be returned. Drying clothes in the rooms is not allowed because it causes humidity. Please note that due to gas supply problems that could affect the heating, we suggest that all tenants wear fleece sheets and blankets and that they wear clothing appropriate to winter temperatures even inside the house. It is absolutely forbidden to bring bicycles and scooters into the room.
