The house is a really nice place in what I think is the best neighborhood in Porto, it's rich in creative spaces and shops, it's close to the center, close to nice restaurants and places to go for a drink, but it's not crowded with tourists.

Location of place is quite near to city center 15-20 minutes to main square. There is also bus stop in front of apartment but buses are really unreliable mean of transportation in Porto as they come late or none at all sometimes. Nearest metro is 15 minutes away. Room is oriented into the street, which together with poor old windows brings a lot of noise into room - like you can literally hear every word which someone says on the street. Because of windows, it is also hard to warm up room. I also missed the table, which is on the photos, but it was not in the room. Apartment is in the ground floor. Neighbors above was often noisy, but it was not so loud in our room as in living room. There are heaters, but be prepared that you will pay extra money for using them.

I really liked the house. There were heaters in the house, so it was always warm in winter. The kitchen was very clean and there is a lot of stuff you can cook with. In the summer, you can sit outside. The bathroom is very modern and also with a heater which is nice. In December, the landlord brings some Christmas stuff. That makes the place more cozy in the Christmas periodes. There is a maid who comes every week. She does her job very very well. She cleans very good and is so fast. Another positive point is that you get new blankets and towels every two weeks so, you don't have to wash them by yourself. There is also a washing machine so you can always wash your clothes at your own place. I really enjoyed this place!

It was a very good room with enough space for one person; confortable bed, with clean linen, blanket and pilows and good towels. Clean apartment, since a maid came every week! The bathroom is nice, though you have to share with 3 other people; the kitchen, living room and backyard are great as common areas for 5 people to share. There were only 2 things I didn't like: first, the closest subway is a 10-15 minutes walk - BUT there is a bus stop just in front of the building and you can go to the city center by foot easily! second, it is quite a noisy place and you cant leave the window wide open, because it is ground floor and faced to the street. Despite this (and the salty price), I recomend this place and would come back!

The location is perfect to fully enjoy the life in Porto; well-served by bus, the first metro station is 10 minutes walk far and almost all the main spots are reachable by foot. The house is new, very cozy and always kept clean with an every-week cleaning service; one of the few ones with heaters! Moreover, everything you need in the house is already there, well functioning and pretty new. The price, however, is quite far from the average in the city.
