That's why we ensure that our properties are located in the most central and convenient areas of the city and have all the amenities needed to make our customers comfortable. In addition, to ensure a comfortable stay, we provide bed linen and towel sets. We also use an automated management system, which allows us to provide an efficient and uninterrupted service. Our main focus is on our customers and their comfort. We are always available to help with anything they need and are committed to providing a personalized and quality service. IMPORTANT NOTES: All expenses water, electricity, Wi-Fi and gas are NOT included in the price of the monthly rent. The landlord provides a cleaning service 2 times a week during the month, weekly cleaning is mandatory on all floors. and tenants bear the cost of the other 2 weekly cleanings around 16 euros monthly. Couples are not allowed in the rooms. CHECK IN HOURS: Mon - Friday 10:30am - 18:00pm We DO NOT check in on weekends, if necessary, it will have an extra cost of 50 euros and is subject to the availability of the staff. The deposit will be given back a month after checkout, deducting check out cleaning fee 40 euros.
