You can request one by contacting the local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no more than a week before check-in. If you cannot obtain one within the deadline, a charge will be applied. Wi-Fi internet, utilities, construction expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all utilities based on normal usage and is determined based on the size of the apartment. If you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental contract). If you wish to leave the apartment earlier, please inform us at least 21 days in advance. Check-in time: every day from 3 PM to 9 PM. Check-out time: at 11 AM.
