Welcome to our home. We are a Peruvian couple, a quiet teenager and a beautiful and active Belgian Malinois dog. This room suits a female who is a dog lover travelling solo ONlY. located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street in the quiet suburb of Pukehangi. Close to bus stop and local shop, our place is ideal for the independent traveller. have our own home and will be happy to share again with the right person. You will be able to enjoy the common areas such as dining room, living room and kitchen. We can help you providing information booklets and landmarks suggestions to explore Rotorua. Guests are welcome to spend time with us in the evening, should they wish to do so. We love hosting people and have done for the past couple of years, in Australia and now in New Zealand. Guests are also welcome to have down time reading, writing post cards or relax. Pukehangi is a quiet neighbourhood, we live just behind a reserve. You will enjoy a veggie garden with limes, mandarines and herbs. If you would like to share seeds from your area, please do so. We will be very happy to plant them when the season is right. There is a bus stop about 200 meters from our home that takes you straight to city centre. Check for bus number 7. Note that buses stop at 6pm on weekdays and weekends and is EXTREMElY UNRElIABlE. The room is available only for a solo female traveller. We have an active Belgian Malinois at home, have you seen the movie "Max"?, ours is called "Dax". We offer a light breakfast and free tea and coffee during your stay but cannot offer meals. Please make your own meal arrangements.
