There are two spacious and comfortable house in a traditional neighborhood patrimonial San Marcos in the historic center of Quito, near major transportation systems of the city and tourist sites rooms. Traditional families and their descendants we would say the natives-and I would like to call relatives, formed by gringos, artists, South American and other birds, give it a subtly cosmopolitan atmosphere along its length just four blocks from flowing into spoon breast.  No end in sight social profiles, everything runs in a harmonious discretion and is not only the architectural part, but the neighborhood who live here.
