Part of a large 1930's bungalow, it is completely separated, with it's own private entrance through French doors from the large low-level deck (which you are welcome to enjoy). The unit has everything you'll need including free wifi, and there's a good parking space for a car on the driveway. It's a one minute walk to the bus stop and 6 minutes to the train (with just 5 stops to the CBD). We think Mt Albert is has fantastic local facilities. The leafy, heritage neighbourhood is surrounded by parks, walks, village centre and mall, and is quiet at night. There are a number of facilities locally (mall, beach, heated pool, squash, tennis, gym, zoo, transport museum, movies, cafes and restaurants). We are within walking distance of tertiary education institutions and a public golf course.
