Hi Viewers and INTEND TO BE OUR GUEST ! We offer three rooms ( Triple room (4 guest) ,luxury room(4 guest), Single room (1 guest) ) in our classic Victorian london terraced house built around 1930. A spacious three story house closer to shops, cafes, and public transport. Ideal for anyone visiting london for a short time or long term for any purpose without breaking the bank. The space located in South west london closer to the Wimbledon tennis courts . We offer a modern and clean rooms with sunny aspect and amazing views. Our house is located in the residential area of Mitcham; an ethnically diverse and now rapidly changing area of london. It is walking distance to the bus stop (3Min) and 6 Min to the Tooting Broadway underground train station and from Tooting Broadway station will take 15 to 20 Min to reach central london also many bus stops to the city centre. Supermarkets and places to eat are also a short walk. You get your own key for the front door. The bathroom is next to your bedroom . This is a shared house and I live here with my husband and daughter. Your room is on the 1 st floor or on the 2nd floor ( depending on your booking) . We treat the house like a little hotel and everything is kept neat and tidy for you. You can come and go as you please. It's easy to get to our house from the airports. *GATWICK - From Gatwick Airport you can take the train to Victoria Station. Change to the underground train and take the Victoria line to Stockwell Station. Cross over to take the northern line to Tooting Broadway. Come out of the station, turn right and cross the road to take the 127 Bus towards Purley (Bus journey will take approximately 5 to 6 minutes). When you hear Ashbourne Road come off and the Park Avenue is next to the Polski shop,Walk two minutes to the house. *From Gatwick Airport you can also take the National Express Coach which takes you to Mitcham. You can purchase your ticket on line before you travel. Drop off point is just a 10 minutes walk to the House.. *Heathrow Airport - From Heathrow Airport take the underground to leciester Square. Change and take the northern line to Tooting Broadway. Come out of the station, turn right and cross the road to take the 127 Bus. When you hear Ashbourne Road come off and the Park Avenue is next to the polski shop,Walk two minutes to the house. If you're arriving from Stanstead Airport, you may want to use the Nation express bus service to Mitcham (book online prior to arrival). If coming from luton Easy bus is a low cost service (book online prior). You will need to allow for about two hours travel time to my house as london is a bigger city than it looks. Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom, kitchen and allocated bathroom only. Other things to note. Sorry DO NOT USE cooker (Stoves} for cooking .You can cook using oven and microwave ONlY and you can use the kitchen. There are many places to eat in london; including many small cafes and takeaways, grocery shop .within a 2 minutes walk. If you need something I will be more than happy to help you as best I can. Interaction with guests We welcome you to london and our home. If you are a visitor to the city, we can provide directions and recommendations on places to go. We do tend to leave our guests to themselves as we are usually very busy. We provide a clean and safe place to stay but we don't provide a high level of social interaction. Many of our guests prefer to be left alone and not have the hosts hovering around them all the time. Other things to note *I supply clean towels on request. *I supply a hair dryer on request. * There are many local cafes within a 2 minutes walk. Check in time is starts from 15.00 pm till 22.00 pm. Please let us know what time you want to arrive and check out is at 12.00 noon. let us know if you have a late flight and want to leave your bags with us as this may be possible (it may not depending on how we are placed for that day but we will do our best). During your stay you can do many thing like: Visit attraction in london are: Big Ben, london Eye, Madame Tussaud, Oxford street. Shop at supermarkets nearby such : Sainsbury's, Tesco, Cooperative, Morrison. The shops near by are: JD Sports, Sports Direct, Next, Marks & Spencer, WHSmith, Argos. Restaurants are : Nandos, McDonald, KFC, Burger King. Our neighbourhood is very peaceful and only when you visit Wimbledon town centre you can explore the vibrant city. Reaching Wimbledon will not be a problem as public transport can take you there within 10 to 15 minutes The room rate includes internet access .
