Excellent location, walking distance from Negombo beach and all the bars and restaurants. Set in a rural location behind St Annes church, surrounded by coconut and mango trees, very peaceful, very quiet and yet a short walk to the beach and bars. In the evening you can sit in the peaceful garden and listen to nothing other than the water from the water feature and in the daytime all you hear are birds in the trees. The room is spacious with dressing table mirror and ensuite bathroom with HOT water shower. What ever it is you would like to do or see we will help you. We always wish our guests a great time! Guests have access to complete house and can help themselves to tea, coffee, water or orange squash at any time. The host is a Manager of a local restaurant/pub so works most days to cover lunch and evening shift. The host is at home mornings until 11am, again between 2.15pm til 4.45pm and returns home after 10.30pm. Breakfast is not included, however guests can help themselves to tea, coffee and water at any time and down the road on the beach is a lovely beach bar called The Beach lodge that do a great western or Sri lankan breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach is only a 8 minute walk and if you would like to have night out the strip of Bars and Restaurants are only a 10 minute Walk. of course you always have the option to grab a tuk tuk.
