We rent out the master bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in Thao Dien, the very popular Expat residential area. The apartment sets on a high floor with a magnificent view over the Saigon River & the landmark81. It's fully furnished with furniture and amenities including a Modern light system, Modern Kitchen, Hi-Speed wi-fi, Smart TV, etc. Other facilities such as infinity, adult & kid pools, BBQ pit, and kid playground . The space - The Master Bedroom suite comes with a private bathroom; a standing shower & bath tube and finishing touches by art collections and beautiful decorations that give the apartment its unique personality and style. There are big wardrobe, a full-length mirror, a relaxing chair, and friendly working space in the room for you to read and check emails. You will share the common area with me and my son: - The fully-equipped modern kitchen comes with Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Induction Cooker, cooker hood, quality cooks, and air frier. - lovely tiny bar - Another bathroom - laundry room with washing machine and drying rack - Both business travelers and family-friendly - In contrast to Hustle and Bustle of HCMC, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. - A Resident card and passcode are provided to enter the elevator and the apartment. - In the very popular trendy area with lots of high-end restaurants, coffee shops, local street food, and shopping malls. - Around 10 - 15 mins to Central / District 1 via Saigon Bridge. Guest access - The pool area includes infinity, party & kid pool, BBQ pit, kid playground on the 5th floor - Parking area on the 2nd and 3rd floor - You will be given one Resident Card during your stay. Please dont lose it. You pay $100 if losing it. Other things to note Vietnam is safe in general, however Bag/phone Snatching is very common in Ho Chi Minh city. Please be careful with your bag and phone when you are on the street.
