This room has two closets (including a walking closet), a brand new modern ceiling fan, a brand new queen size bed, a new smart 50" TV, a coffee station with espresso maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge with separate freezer, foldable desk with storage, a small sofa with marble top coffee table. New furniture, appliances, and linens (provided). The room has a separate private entrance. There is a washer/dryer just outside the room, and you will have access to the kitchen and the front patio. There are two barbecues in the pool area but you will also have access to the private one on the patio. The room is steps away from the two tennis courts and the pool & jacuzzi (but not just next to them so it is very quiet). This nice and quiet landscaped complex is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown, 8 minutes from Desert Hospital, and 18 minutes from Eisenhower Hospital.. Parking area is off the street. I am the only one living here with my small sweet dog. The complex is gated, well manicured, and quiet. The front patio is equipped with a couch, where you can relax after a long day's work, and a barbecue. The unit is very conveniently located 2.3 miles from downtown, where you'll find a large variety of restaurants, Thursday Street Fair, as well as the PS Art Museum, and the PS Aerial Tramway is located 9 miles away/15 minutes for a complete change of scenery and climate. There are also many hiking and cycling trails around.
