Hello! We are Melba and Carlos, we live with two cats in an apartment on the second floor of a closed building in a privileged location in Surco, six blocks from Ovalo Higuereta and relatively close to Real Plaza mall and Coliseo Dibós. The beaches of Miraflores can be reached by bike in 25 minutes. We welcome travelers and students. We like visitors to feel as if they were in their own home and that they take the same care as we do to keep it pleasant. It is essential to maintain mutual respect and order in the apartment. We will be ready to provide helpful information on how to get around safely in the district and in the city. Guides on special places to eat (huariques) are provided at an additional cost. The beaches of Miraflores can be reached by bicycle in less than 20 minutes. Guests have access to the living and dining room, kitchen, terrace and a full bathroom on the same floor. The rate includes electricity, gas, hot water, wifi, use of kitchen (light/quick cooking please). Towels and bed linen are changed once a week for stays longer than one week. If you need to do your laundry, there are several inexpensive laundromats in the area (US$1 per kg approx.) that will wash, dry and fold your clothes for you.
