Our family immigrated to Canada in 1999 and we have been hosting international students since 2001. Our home is very close to bus stops 240 Downtown ( 2 minutes walking distance ), 255 Capilano University ( 3 minutes walking distance ), 229, 230 lonsdale Quay and 232 Grouse Mountain ( 8 minutes walking distance ), lions Gate Hospital ( 4 minutes walking distance ), North Vancouver City library ( 11 minutes walking distance ) and all the grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, gyms, banks, medical clinics and laboratories on lonsdale ( 8 minutes walking distance to lonsdale and 15th Street ). We renovated the entire house in 2015. The upstairs where 3 bedrooms ( Spare Room is on the main floor where my family lives. ) are located has a private setting with 2 full washrooms (shared only by guests), laundry and kitchen ( Cooking on the stove and in oven is NOT allowed). Guests are allowed to use the fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker and toaster.), dining and living room. So just come with your suitcase to enjoy, relax and have fun while you stay with us in beautiful North Vancouver.
