Basic, nothing fancy home located in langford area in Victoria, near Costco and Florence lake. About 40 minutes bus to downtown Victoria. Close to shopping, bus routes 1 blocks away, close to hospital (15 min). There are dogs and cats on the premises, we love animals. My self and adult children 25+. We all work and have hobbies so we come and go in the home. Best suited to somebody who also has activites (work or study) but also likes a bit of social time. Must be willing to help out with cleaning common areas, look after themselves, be prepared to make own meals but at times share meals. Activities of household members: gaming (video as well as interactive board games), biking, walking, crafts, cooking, dancing, hiking, flying, gym time. No smoking or drugs on premises. Must be tolerant and respectful of others. Not always the quietest house as we do like to have guests over, we are quite social but due to shift work there are many quiet times and evenings as well. Ask about anything else.
