Extra mattress can be availed on request for the additional person which is chargeable. The room is air conditioned with a private bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with Geyser to provide hot water and provisioned with free toiletries. Fresh towels & bedding provided and are changed regularly. Some Rooms (GF Executive Room and GF Deluxe Room) in the property has attached Kitchen. The kitchen has all required utensils for guest to cook their own food. Grocery store available at a walkable distance of 5min. Restaurants are available around and home delivery option available through Zomato, Swiggy and from local hotels. An open terrace available for guests to relax with benches around. Iorn Box, Hair Dryer, Kettle, Extra pillows and blankets are available on request and free of cost. Homemade food including breakfast available on request and chargeable. Scooter available on rent and provided on first cum first basis. Washing Machine available in the common area. AIRPORT transfer available and chargeable. Our home is perfectly located in quiet residential area with minimum street noise of the city. Cars and bikes can come till the gate of the property. Nearest bus station is around 10-15 minutes by walk, Taxi's & Auto's run by OlA, UBER and Fast Track are available from the location of the property. We provide Chennai city tour guide and also to the near by places like Mahabalipuram and Pondicherry. Alandur Metro station is about 25 minutes drive. Wh... ile the house is close to the vicinity of airport which is around 20 minutes, there is absolutely no noise of the flight landing or takeoff.
