We are a family of 3 people, my name Andrea and my two daughters of 14 and 15 years old, Martina and Valentina, we have two pets Fiona and Benito who are in the yard, we love to travel, sports, good cooking and sharing with people from different parts of the world, we want our guests to feel at home, to enjoy everything that the South of Chile offers, beautiful landscapes, and steps from the heart of the city, the house is steps away from Mall Portal Temuco, Gym (Dutch Club), varied restaurants, meters from the supermarket, pharmacies and German Clinic, privileged and safe sector. The house is located in a closed condominium of 4 houses, patio with trampoline and terrace for breakfast outdoors if we are in Spring and summer. The 2 rooms available have TV, Wifi, cable TV and shared bathroom. Guests will have access to kitchen, laundry, and the value includes breakfast (tea, coffee, sugar or sweetener, milk, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and cereals). We have two rooms available, the house has 3 bathrooms and 4 rooms in total. The House is open to welcome students to schools or universities, or people who want to know Chile, and everything that is close to Temuco 1 hour away, lake Calafquen, hot springs, resorts, Canopy, Waterfalls, Rafting, Corralco Sky Center , among others.
