My home is located 20 minutes from Quito airport in a quiet suburban neighborhood - a beautiful and exclusive area of Cumbaya in a gated-community with security. There is a small park in the neighborhood with a basketball court and grassy area for picnicing. It is less than a 5 mins drive away from Scala Mall and Paseo Mall. There is a food court in both malls with lots of shopping options. There are also movie theaters in the malls and a huge medical center that is probably the best in Cumbaya. Also, within 5 minutes of the house are banks, gyms and many restaurants. There are also a number of international schools and a university nearby. I hope you'll enjoy your stay here in Cumbaya!
