Welcome to our bed and breakfast, a small gem nestled away in the picturesque village of Galilea. Perched high up in the Tramuntana mountains with stunning views down to the Mediterranean, and nature all around you, it is the perfect place to unwind. The quaint accommodation consists of two en-suite rooms each with their own private terrace A/C, heating, kettle and mini fridge. Set away from our house, they offer complete privacy and are perfect for the independent traveler, walker or cyclist. Silence, cool nights and breathtaking starlit skies with almost zero light pollution will ensure a perfect night's sleep. Our guests are accommodated in private rooms set away from our own house giving added privacy. Each room has its own seating area inside and out with a covered terrace so that al fresco living can be enjoyed, even on the infrequent rainy days. Guests have complete freedom to enjoy the 20,000m2 of grounds that surround the property and can be sure to find a quiet spot all to themselves. You can come and go as you please at whatever time you want as long as you are not noisy in the middle of the night! We have ample parking space so there is no need to worry about finding somewhere for your car. Although I was born in Britain and completed my university studies there, I have lived in southern Europe since 1997 and would class myself as more 'Spanglish' than anything else. Eladio is from Zaragoza, Spain and our daughters Emelie and Elia were born here in Mallorca so I guess they're the most cosmopolitan of us. Both my husband and I have thrown ourselves into rural Mallorcan life, dedicating every moment of free time to our beautiful old house and olive grove. It may be backbreaking but we love it and we hope to get it back to its original state before it was abandoned 30 years ago. We love to travel when we can and if not, then we enjoy going for days out around the island (we can probably give you a few good tips about where to visit). Restaurants are a particular favourite for both of us but we also enjoy participating in village life with friends. I also enjoy photography and restoring old furniture. Eladio is a film buff and a music fan. As for work, I teach English over the Internet and work from home which is a privilege. Eladio does garden and pool maintenance around the village so we are both at hand most of the time. We are really excited about having guests to stay and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people. We hope you feel welcome and comfortable in our home. We will be there to meet you when you arrive and we like to get to know you throughout your stay. We can give you lots of tips about where to visit and hope that you will free feel to ask us anything. Obviously, if you prefer to be left alone we will also respect that. Ample off the road parking space for cars We have a cot, baby bath, toys and various other things available for family use should you require them.
