This is a tranquil mount based home which is open for short term stays. This house is situated 5 minutes walking distance to the local Mount shops, the main beach and all the bars & cafe's. If you're lucky you will see the top decks of the cruise ships when they come into the port and you'll see the sun setting in the west. Guests must take care of their own lunch and dinners, which is easy as there are plenty of restaurants just a 5 min walk away. Unfortunately due to the kitchen being small it is preferred the guests do not cook, however it is OK to heat things in the microwave if guests want to. Tea and coffee is included in the nightly rate. Check in is between 2-10pm and check out is at 10am on the day of departure. It's the perfect location to get some peace and quiet and enjoy a cosy home! Free street parking available on Miro & Puriri Streets. Bedding and a towel for each person will be provided. Security bond of $1,000 will be required to cover any potential breakages/damage. This bond will be given back to you in cash (or bank transfer) on departure providing there have been no issues. A laundromat is located within 10 minutes walking distance which is easy for guests to use. Directions can be given to guests upon arrival. Guests will be required to clean up after themselves and leave the property as they found it. Please note the property is in a quiet village so guests must be able to respect other residents who live here. No parties or additional guests without prior consent.
