Quite, clean, 2 bdrm. apart., 1.5 bathroom, full kitchen, T.V area, Salon, terrace, Grd flr, washing machine, about 7 min walking distance to the heart of downtown, supermarket, gas stations, clinic, bakery, fruits & vegetable market, public transportation, fast food, coffee shops, all within 5 min walking distance. Cigarette smoke allowed only outside on the terrace. Alcohol is permitted for responsible drinker ONlY inside the apartment About me, i am a single dude, living alone in my own private apartment. The entire building and the surrounding neighbor hood and part of the surrounding mountains are actually owned by my family. I am an engineer, most of my work is computer based either from home or office, any where i can get connected to the internet but sometimes i do get called in for site inspections, approvals and meetings . I travel extensively around the globe, so when i do get home, i simply want to relax and keep it at a low profile. I am very picky when it comes to privacy and i like to have my own place. However, i enjoying helping others when needed, and i enjoy having a nice chitchat with my friends and guests. evening wise, a cup of coffee or tea out on the terrace along with my hookah is something i enjoy. Planning on adopting a new puppy in the near future but again, that would be a huge responsibility especially being alone and not sure whether i will come back home THIS night or not, depending on work and social events. I enjoy cooking when time permits. I am pretty much easy going and laid back in general. My grand ma lives close by and she is a cool person, would loves to invite guests and loves to make Arabian dishes. My fridge always has fresh items so feel free to grab what ever you find, cheese, eggs, yogurt, salami, tuna, Mayo, Milk, Bread, fruits, veggies. From my part experience with hosting, people tend to like different things and come from different diets, some are allergic to milk others are vegans, or only veggies, or allergic to peanut butter or cheese or etc.... that's why help your self and see what is the most comfortable breakfast meal that suits you. its all in the fridge. Please of turkish coffee, earl grey/green/regular tea in the cupboards along with herbal drinks for those who like that, sugar, sweet and low, feel free to use all with no extra charge.
