The house is in a good location, right in the middle of the city. Close to nightclubs, restaurants, theaters, hospitals, bus stations and taxis for the beach or airport, sports facilities and shops. it is very easy to access, because everything is about 10 minutes away. It is located right on the border of Peralta, one of the most wealthiest areas in the city and quietest. The rooms are spacious. One room also has a sofa bed allowing up to 4 people in the same room. The bathroom is private, spacious, with all necessary amenities (hot water, hair dryer ...). The guests have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room and inner courtyard. It is a comfortable apartment inside our house. Each room has a mini bar, stereo and air conditioning. TV is available in the living room. If the customer wishes, we offer breakfast and dinner. Our kitchen guarantees quality dishes and can satisfy the most demanding, because it has the most important ingredient - love.
