Edytha and Victor live on the north side of Quito in a large, cozy and comfortable duplex. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe. We are close to supermarkets, pharmacy, church, banks, two small parks and a very large park (ex Quito airport). It's easy to get transport to any part of Quito and to the suburbs. The house is spacious and has 4 bedrooms, living room, large kitchen, laundry. The rooms have private bath rented. We do not include food but they can prepare it and have their space in the cupboards and refrigerator. We have hot water all day and internet included in the room rate. It has guardianship services 24 hours a day. We guarantee a peaceful, warm, clean and that your privacy is guaranteed. Edytha working on a prestigious business salads children.
