Hola has Todos !! My name is Yissel, I come from a small village near Havana, I live alone on the 16th floor in the emblematic FOCSA building, my family living in the country visits me from time to time. I am available to help you have a great stay. My apartment has a panoramic view of the sea, the promenade of Malecón, Hotel Nacional and Old Havana. The accommodation is very spacious (110m2) and well ventilated, it is composed of a large living room with a relaxation area, dining room, three beautiful bedrooms, large private bathroom with bathtub for guests and bathroom for me and equipped kitchen. All rooms are equipped with a split Carrier and a large queen size bed (180x200) safe, digital TV. The red wifi Etecsa is available from the apartment. I rent both rooms at the same time and not separately !! Payment method: Please note that we ask our guests to pay us 50% of the amount of the reservation in advance (after paying the 15% deposit to Homestay.com). Cancellation Policy: Please note that we ask that our guests inform us of any cancellations at least 3 weeks before the start of the stay. Cancellations we receive later than 3 weeks prior to the start of the reservation will unfortunately not be refundable.
