Includes: gas hotplate, electric oven, twin fridge/freezer combo, & a new dishwasher. Guests will also have their your own private, full-sized fridge & freezer. A new washing machine is in the adjacent laundry New gas hot water tank also, so long showers are all ok! I live part-time on the 3rd level of the Home, TWO levels above Guests on the Ground level, thus providing significant & genuine privacy for Guests. I have my own facilities, plus there are 3 different entrances to the Home, so absolutely zero intrusion on Guests. PERSONAl: Home was mostly built by myself personally (see pictures) – so it is very special to me. Enormous blood & effort in the 5 year project! - so due respect appreciated. NON smokers only.
