ENGlISH My name is Victor, I am a friendly , hard-working , responsible, understandable, and love to learn about other cultures. I have lived and worked as a Spanish teacher for 20 years in Germany, England , Japan and I have traveled halfway around the world, I Definitely understand other cultures and how to treat foreign and especially European guests. I am the volunteer president of the neighbourhood, an authentic Ecuadorian neighbourhood where everyone knows each other. I can show you around the area, take you to the market and supermarket, bank or to bars nearby. We have an outside area where we can have BBQs and a great view of the city from the rooftop. In the apartment building there are seven apartments on the ground floor and one on the first floor, I live on the second floor with my wife where there is one room available to rent and the four apartments are for rent minimum stay for one week and for a second person, five more dollars for each day. I can also offer Spanish lessons during the week for all level or preparations for examinations recognized for the Instituto Cervantes and to study in Spanish Universities. We can arrange a taxi driver to pick you up from the airport, bus station or anywhere in Quito. Wellcome to our home your home in Ecuador. DEUTSCH Guten Tag Mein Name ist Victor, ich würde mich selbst als freundlich, offen und verständnisvoll bezeichnen, mir gefällt sehr der interkulturelle Austausch. Meine große leidenschaft ist das Unterrichten, ich habe mehr als 20 Jahre in Deutschland, Japan und England als Sprachlehrer verbracht, dadurch habe ich mir ein gutes Verständnis für andere Kulturen angeeignet, insbesondere für Europäer. In meiner Freizeit engagiere ich mich freiwillig als Vorstand meines Bezirks, ich würde behaupten dieser Stadtteil ist sicher und die Nachbarn grüßen und sind respektvoll miteinander. Während ihres Aufenthaltes zeige ich ihnen gerne nahegelegene Restaurants, Supermärkte oder Bars, gerne gebe ich auch Empfehlung für Freizeitaktivitäten in Quito und umliegende Ortschaften. Das Haus ist in 7.Stockwerke unterteilt ich selbst lebe mit meiner Frau im 2.ten Stockwerk, Sie würden während ihres Aufenthalt in einem vom 4 Stockwerke leben und hätten somit ihre Privatsphäre und eine eigene Sonnenterrasse. Die Apartments sind mit fast allem ausgestattet von der Waschmaschine bis hin zum Herd oder Fernseher, fast alles ist dabei. Sie können die vier Apartments ab einer Woche mieten für jeden weiteren Tag kostet es 5$. Da ich hauptberuflich als lehrer in einer Schule in Quito arbeite, biete ich nebenbei noch Unterricht in Spanisch an, oder Vorbereitungskurse für DElE und andere Zertifikate. Meine Frau und ich organisieren gerne auch ihre Abholung vom Flughafen/ Hotel oder einem anderen Platz in Quito. Bei Fragen stehe ich Ihnen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Bienvenidos a Ecuador y a nuestra casa donde junto a mi esposa les ofrecemos cuatro departamentos totalmente independiente y amoblados por alquiler, estadía mínima una semana y por cada persona extra, cinco dólares más por día. Ofrezco clases de español para todos los niveles o preparación de exámenes del Instituto Cervantes para ingresar a las universidades de estudios en lengua española.
