We have 3 apartments independent with bedroom, kitchen, private bathroom each one, 9 km from Varadero downtown, 10 min from Varadero beach, 20 min from Matanzas city, 15 min from International Varadero airport. Hot and cold water24 hours. only one blokc from the beach.safebox in the rooms, hairdryer,external area (patio) with ranchon,sun chairs,etc..independent entrance .Casa Isis offer you breakfast,cuban dinner and jeep safari excursion with extra cost.we are located close to saturno cave,Bellamar caves, playa coral,etc..This is no resorts.. it's a real cuban life..but you are welcome!...we had generator in case no electricity and recharchable lamp.

We are still in Boca with Isis and Juani. Having a wonderful time. They make our stay so enjoyable and help us with anything we need. Isis brings us special treats for supper and makes us feel like family. With other things from shopping to renting a scooter Juani is there to help. With Covid it has been harder to buy groceries but they both make sure we have whatever we need. Our apartment is lovely with a small balcony upstairs and a huge patio with comfy chairs for us to relax. Everything is immaculately clean. We would definitely come back and stay with them and their family again.

Strongly recommended! We have traveled around Cuba for a month and spent every night in a casa. The casa of Isis and Juani was our last casa in Cuba before we flew back to the Netherlands. We were generally very satisfied with our stay at the various casas in Cuba but the casa from Isis and Juani was the best for us. Isis is a real hostess and her goal seems to be to make you feel good as a guest and to think along with you. And we have to say, she succeeded perfectly. Upon arrival, something appeared to have gone wrong with the booking. We could not stay in their casa for the first of our three nights, but she had already arranged for us to stay for the first night in a casa on the same street. Because of this "inconvenience" for us, we were upgraded to a better room for the remaining two nights. This room was actionally out to be an apartment, a bedroom with a kitchenette. We did not use this kitchen as we were served delicious meals by Isis and Juani. And although I am a big eater it was too much for us what they had prepared for us. This dinner started every day with a cocktail prepared by Juani. Juani has enough experience because he is worked for many years as a bartender. The breakfast was also very extensive with eggs, freshly squeezed fruit juice, toast, bread, homemade jam, cheese, ham and even a cake. Both Isis and Juani speak English well. Tip: We traveled from Boca de Camarioca to Havana to fly back to the Netherlands from there. Isis arranged that we could take a collectivo for 60 CUC while normally 80 to 100 CUC is asked for it. Like I said, they think along with you as a tourist. If, like us, you have traveled around Cuba, and want to end your holiday with a few days at the beach, then this casa is a very good location to end your holiday. It is a few minutes walk from the beach where mainly locals come. So no screaming/loud music or the bustle of a resort but a very quiet beach where you still have all the space. If you want to go to the bustle of Varadero, that is still possible. Varadero is around 15 km from Boca.

Nuestra estancia fue magnifica y nos acogieron de una manera muy familar. Siempre nos brindaron ayuda para lo que necesitamos y nos sentimos muy bien. El apartamento es magnífico con todas las comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. Nosotros no desayunamos ni comimos allí pero estamos seguros que no hubiera sido un error. Lo único malo fue que no pudimos pasar más dias allí, pero estamos seguros de que vamos a repetir el próximo anyo. Our stay was excellent and we were treated like family. Every time we needed help, it was offered and we felt awesome. The apartment is great, it has everything you need to spend a perfect holiday. We didn´t have breakfast or dinner there, but we are sure it wouldn´t have been a mistake. The only bad thing was that we didn´t stay longer. However, we are sure we´ll be coming back next year. That´s a fact. Unsere Aufenthalt war sehr schön und man hat sich als Famile gefühlt. Jedes Mal, dass wir Hilfe brauchten, haben wir es bekommen. Die Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Es gibt alles was man braucht, um schöne Ferien zu verbringen. Wir haben dort weder gefrühstück noch gegessen, aber wir sind sicher das wäre kein Fehler gewesen. Das einzige das schlecht war, war dass wir nicht länger dort bleiben konnten. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Das ist 100 % sicher.

Wij arriveerden een dag eerder en zijn een dag langer gebleven. Geen probleem. We (echtpaar met dochter van 15) zijn super gastvrij ontvangen. Wij hadden het bovenste appartement waar we met drie verbleven. Mooi, schoon en Isis en Juan doen absoluut alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Het appartement ligt 10 minuten met de taxi (10 euro) van de toeristische stranden vandaan. Nu schijnt dat ook veel goedkoper met paard en wagen te kunnen, maar daar hadden wij in de hitte dan weer geen zin in. Het grote voordeel is dat je niet tussen de hotels loopt, maar het 'echte' Cuba mee krijgt. Super relaxed. Op 2 minuten lopen is er ook een strandje waar de Cubanen zelf verblijven: de mooiste zonsondergang zie je hier. Een absolute aanrader!!!

I don’t have no complaints there were awesome and loving and caring they help me with everything ,, The place is very relaxing close to the beach close to everything .. very clean .. The best thing to do over there is to rent a scooter in Varadero Because it’s easy to travel that whole area .. my whole conclusion of this family they are the best . I recommend you to go .. and everything was very affordable

Het verblijf bij Isis en haar familie was erg fijn. We hadden met een gezin van 5 personen twee beide kamers in gebruik en daarbij een mooie binnentuin om vrij te gebruiken. Het is erg goed verzorgd bij Isis. Mooie kamers, goed qua formaat en keurig schoon. Het is er gezellig aangekleed met planten en decoraties. Yeny verzorgd een heerlijk groot ontbijt en kan ook een voortreffelijk diner koken. Wij hebben erg genoten bij haar.

The place was perfect to start our cuban life experience! We stayed there for two nights and everything was amazing! The room was nice and clean and Isis is a great cook! Yuani is the best cuban bartender and we really enjoyed our stay there. Moreover Isis helped us with everything! She organized a daytrip in the surrounding for us and helped us with booking new homestays. So the whole Holiday we stayed in houses of her friends around Cuba. The place Boca is quite nice, the beach is just a few minutes away and mostly free of tourists. Moreover Varadero is easy to reach by bus or taxi. She gave us all necessary Information for save travel in Cuba. The whole family is so lovely and welcomed us to join and experience the real cuban life!
