I live in a beautiful 2 storey home, with a little garden and an outdoor area in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Our house has a very cosy atmosphere and we are very flexible hosts. You are free to use the living room, dining table and outdoor area too. I love meeting new people and we organise intimate BBQ parties in the outdoor porch area frequently and you are welcome to join us too! Whatever it is, please treat it as your own home & not a hotel. Which means keep it tidy at all times and the rooms don't lock. I have 3 rooms all with air conditioning and a fan. The bathroom is just besides each bedroom. You can also access the kitchen (light cooking only), and outdoor BBQ area freely. This way, you can enjoy your privacy while enjoying our hospitality too. I have a friendly home. And all my guests are special to me. There is a lot of famous and good food within a 3 minutes walk Transportation is convenient. Due to our infrastructure. There are direct bus services to Orchard and Ang Mo Kio & various parts of Singapore. We also hv a new MRT line. Google does help (GPS) Trains & buses are connected. You will never be lost in Singapore. Its a friendly culture in Singapore. Rates are inclusive of light breakfast. Your stay includes: Breakfast (coffee/tea bread) laundry (self service) Houskeeping (keep your rooms tidy) Wifi/internet Aircond/fan We welcome long-stay guests. Please be informed that the Bath Area has to be kept dry and clean at all times. I would like to remind guests to always switch off the Aircon, light & fan when they leave the room. Some guests are very careless & forget to switch off. Just a reminder to guests. Not to hang wet or damp laundry in the room. And also after exciseing not to sleep on the bed with soiled clothes which dampens the beddings & mattress which stinks the whole room. Its a HOME & You are welcome to stay to experience our hospitality. Cleanliness is the priority. Thank You Delsy Host

She is one of the sweetest hosts and a motherly figure, helping us concentrate on our studies and valued our privacy. She’s sweet, nice and cooks amazing food too. A lady of words and her presence makes it amazing! Loved it!

Del is a fab host. From the time our family entered her house she made us feel at home. Quiet, peaceful, neat and clean homestay. Initially it appears far from the city, but very well connected so very easy to get to the city and Downtown. My daughter loved her cat Ginger and dog Whisky. I would strongly recommend Del's homestay to any visitor looking for a "home" to stay in.

It was my first time to experience homestay instead of hotels, and Delsy made my experience perfect. Delsy is a very warm-hearted host and tries her best to provide a "real home" to guests. I stayed at Delsy's home with my daughter, who had to stay away from home for two months by herself for the first time, and I asked Delsy to take care of her like Mom. Delsy sincerely kept her promise and I am so grateful to her. Delsy cooked fantastic meals for us, yes, she is a good cook, and amused us with her jokes and stories. I so much enjoyed chitchatting with her every evening, and the house was always full of laughter. Delsy had a family gathering, also with her friends, and Delsy didn't forget to invite me and my daughter to the party. The atmosphere was full of love and caring hearts, and I could see it was her way to make guests feel at home. Even her dog, Whiskey, and cats, Ginger and Munchkin, are so friendly to all guests. Thank you, Delsy, you let me have very special memories in Singapore, and I am so pleased to know that I have a home to go back in Singapore!

For two girls who had been away from home for quite a while, this was the best way to end that experience. Delsy was an amazing host and took amazing care of us. We had quite a chaotic entry with loads of luggage but Delsy made sure that everything was organized. We immediately felt like family and right at home. We are definitely going to miss her and whiskey and ginger and munchkin. Will also miss the cooking and conversations and the crazy fun we had. I know I now have a home in Singapore for life.

Delsy was a wonderful host. She instantly made me feel like a member of the family and did everything she could to make me feel at home. She cooked beautiful meals and made sure I was well-fed. I was inspired by her joy and positive attitude to life. Her home is in a great location in the suburbs, very convenient and quiet - you can't believe you're in Singapore, it's so peaceful. It was a fantastic stay with Delsy. She was very friendly and welcoming to our stay. prepared breakfast for 3 of us every morning. her pets were lovely and my daughter so love the cat named Ginger. will surely recommend others to stay here.
