Hello, my name is Margot Arimborgo. I am renting a room in my apartment. It is well located, in San Borja District, lima - Perú; it is a quiet, secure and clean District. The room is complete furnished, my guest will have access to the whole apartment; living room, kitchen, laundry (use of machine wash and dry). The room include TV 50", high speed internet, TV channels, Max, Netflix and Prime Video. It is at 01 block far from Supermarket and Commercial Center (Ripley, Starbucks, Coolbox, American and Peruvian fast food zone. Downstairs the apartment is located the Sport Center, with green field, pool, Gym, dance (all with low cost paid lessons). I live in the 8th floor, in a building of 18 floors, 02 elevators, beautiful view of the City and the Green Field Sports Center. I am renting the room, mainly for visitors, tourists on their vacations, business workers, The apartment is 30 minutes far from the beach (Miraflores District), the most touristic place in lima- Perú. There is also at 10 minutes far an exclusive zone district called Chacarilla, which you can find highly recognized peruvian Restaurants. The rent cost per day is US$ 25 ; 7 days per US$ 170 and 30 days US$ 650 Welcome to lima - Perú! :)
