Located in via Negroli, the flat combines an elegant, contemporary atmosphere with design furniture. The ample corridor takes to the day area, a perfect blend of minimalism and modern feel. The night area is composed of both a double bedroom and a single one, which also comes with a fantastic balcony. Last but not the least, there is a fantastic bathroom with all comforts.
You’re in the vicinity of Viale Corsica, in a peaceful district served by the public transport network. At 50 meters you’ll find tramline 27 headings to Milan city center; the shuttle bus to Linate airport is also at hand (450 meters), stopping at Milano Forlanini station. The area is rich in restaurants: there are some Chinese ones, such as the New Fon Shao restaurant (in via Giacomo Zanella) and the Italian ‘Il Bistrot’: come here for a relaxing aperitif or to try its delicious tasting menu.
In the vicinity, there are plenty of services, including a Sigma supermarket (via Cardinale Mezzofanti 8, at 350 meters), a Lloyds pharmacy (via Monte Suello 1, at 230 meters) and a branch of the Credito Valtellinese bank, in Viale Corsica 55 (at 170 meters).
Living room and kitchen
The living room shares its space with the kitchen. The black-and-white open-plan kitchen features contemporary, clean lines and brand-new appliances: it has everything you may need during your stay, either short or long.
The dining area has a long table that celebrates family and invites to sit down in front of a delicious homemade meal, while the cozy sofa converts into a luxury single bed for entertaining and relaxing.
Bedroom and bathroom
The bathroom has a contemporary design and is equipped with a spacious shower stall, full comforts, and a washing machine. The night area features soft colors and sleek lines. It comprises both a master bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined and make a double bed) and a guest bedroom, with one extendable single bed that can accommodate up to 2 people. There is also a fantastic balcony where to get a bit of fresh air.

Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.
Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and\or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.\t

Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

L’eleganza e il design vanno di pari passo nel nostro trilocale in via Negroli. L’arredamento della casa è interamente in stile moderno. Sarete accolti da uno spazioso corridoio, quest’ultimo vi condurrà dritti verso l’ampia e moderna zona living. La camera più grande è dotata di un letto matrimoniale, mentre la seconda da un letto singolo e un delizioso balconcino. Completa l’appartamento un moderno e spazioso bagno.
La zona
La zona è tranquilla, perfettamente collegata e ben servita, ci troviamo di fianco a Viale Corsica. Per andare verso il centro della capitale meneghina potrete saltare sul tram n. 27 a soli 50 metri dall’appartamento, oppure è possibile raggiungere l’aeroporto di Milano Linate andando alla stazione di Milano Forlanini a soli 400 metri di distanza. Nelle vicinanze potrete scegliere tra moltissimi ristoranti, dalla cucina orientale recandovi al ristorante cinese New Fan Shao, oppure decidere di coccolarvi con un menù degustazione o aperitivo al ristorante Bistrot.

La zona living, situata in uno spazio unico, ha un tocco di eleganza grazie ai torni del bianco e del nero scelti per gli arredi. Il grande tavolo in legno è adatto per godersi una bella cena, pranzo o colazione. Potrete godere dei vostri momenti di relax sul comodo divano che diventa facilmente uno spazioso letto singolo.
Camere da letto e bagno
La camera padronale presenta due letti singoli, essi possono essere comodamente uniti e formeranno uno spazioso letto matrimoniale. Nella seconda camera troverete un delizioso balconcino, il letto singolo presente in quest’ultima è estensibile, in un batter d’occhio avreste un comodo letto per due. La zona notte è caratterizzata da arredi dai colori tenui e chiari che donano all’ambiente un’aria di serenità. Il bagno è ampio e moderno, dotato di tutti i sanitari, la lavatrice e un confortevole box doccia.

I nostri prezzi comprendono il Servizio Residence con assistenza e includono: IVA (ove prevista ai sensi del D.lgs. 633\72) biancheria da camera e bagno iniziali, utenze (luce e gas entro limiti di utilizzo giornalieri per evitare sprechi), accoglienza del personale (hidden) in appartamento, Internet Wi-fi. Tasse escluse dal prezzo
Per i soggiorni pari o superiori alle 30 notti al momento del check-in verrà stipulato un contratto di locazione transitorio, per la cui registrazione è previsto il pagamento di una imposta di bollo (pari a 32€) e di un'imposta di registro (pari al 2% del canone di locazione con un minimo di 67€), solo la metà di tale importo è a carico dell'ospite. Deposito cauzionale
