In der ganzen Kölner Innenstadt ist das Parken kostenpflichtig und auf wenige Stunden beschränkt.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you could ask for, supermarkets of all kind, from standard to exotic, traditional breweries, trendy bars and restaurants and even the oldest Jazz club of Cologne The central location of the apartment is ideal for students, new residents and professionals.
The cathedral and main train station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) are only ten minutes away by subway. At the station Barbarossaplatz (200 meters) you will find the subway lines 12, 15, 16 and 18 that go in all directions.
