This add offers a private room in a collective house. The collective is mainly for dedicated university students or someone with a steady job. It’s important that you don’t have any problem at all living and sharing a kitchen, bathroom and living room with two persons. People living here are very nice and easy to get along with.
The house is located in Vega, south Sthlm area. 25 min by commuter train to central Sthlm. Train leaves every 15 min, a comfortable and smooth ride.
8 min walk to the station, or 2 min by bus.

You can stay here as long as you want to, but we have a trial period for 5 month, before extending the contract to a long term contract. This is to ensure that we wont end up with someone not suited for living with other people. It’s important to us that everyone living here feels at home.

This room is 12 square meters. Four closets, one chest of drawers, one desk and one 160cm wide bed. It has two windows towards the garden, afternoon\ evening sun.

Me, Richard and my GF Anya live on the upper floor with a separate entrance. Both floors are connected by the washing room. There is a herding dog and a cat living on the upper floor, so you shouldn't be super allergic or afraid of big dogs.
