Weiden is located in the west of Cologne and is a popular residential area. The \;Ignystrasse\; is easy to access and very quiet at the same time. The nearby motorway (A1) was covered by a noise dampening enclosure in 2014 and is barely audible from the apartment. Tall trees and well-kept green areas create a high feel-good factor.
In the vicinity you will find excellent options for shopping (the very popular, Rhein-Center, Penny, Natura Biomarkt, etc). Doctors are not far away.
