The apartment is located in via Castelfidardo, near the Faculty of Psychology (15 minutes on foot); well connected to the city center (20 minutes by bus); in a quiet position; all services are close (supermarkets, banks, tobacconist bars, etc.). The apartment, on the second floor, in addition to the bedrooms (8 in total, is very spacious), has 3 bathrooms, all with shower, kitchen (with washer\dryer and 2 refrigerators) and living area; all furnished with new furniture and is stocked with pots, plates, cutlery, etc.
PRICE PER MONTH ALL INCLUSIVE! What does all-inclusive mean? Rent + condominium expenses + heating + waste tax + electricity, water and gas bills + INTERNET + monthly cleaning of the common parts of the apartment. You will only have a first fee (400€ is for annual contract), which includes drafting and registering the contract (taxes and stamps), entry and exit cleaning, maintenance and insurance costs for the duration of the contract.
So to recap: no agency fees - no security deposit (for students) - no utilities header!

L'appartamento si trova in via Castelfidardo, vicino alla Facoltà di Psicologia (15 minuti a piedi); collegato bene al centro città (20 minuti in autobus: linee 11 e 17); in posizione tranquilla; tutti i servizi sono vicini (supermercati, banca, bar tabacchi, (hidden)ppartamento, al secondo piano, oltre alle camere (8 in totale, 1 in mansarda, è molto spazioso), ha 3 bagni, tutti con doccia, cucina (con lavatrice\asciugatrice e 2 frigoriferi) e zona giorno; il tutto arredato con mobili nuovi, ed è rifornito di pentole, piatti, posate etc. etc.
PREZZO AL MESE TUTTO INCLUSO! Cosa vuol dire tutto incluso? Affitto + spese condominiali + riscaldamento + tassa rifiuti + bolletta elettrica, acqua e gas + INTERNET + una pulizia mensile delle parti comuni dell'appartamento.
