Installation for alarm is there and it can be activated. Renovated in 2016 and now in summer 2018 new electricity, walls, alarm sistem, video control on corridor, fire sensors -alarm, parquet, colouring on the doors...end more.. bathroom and kitchen.

- The small room;
rent is 428 EUR for one person.
In case of rent of less than 1 semester: 5 months price is different. Owner booking fee needs to be added.
Avans for costs is: 85€\person\month. In case if actual costs \ bills go over this, the difference has to be payed. With economic use it should be just fine...
Depozit 564 eur. At the end of stay the room has to be perfectly clean otherwise we will have to charge the cleaning fee. 35 EUR
