Here you will also find a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, including crockery, induction hob, classic oven + microwave, kettle, toaster, and a moka to enjoy a good coffee.
Next, a bright double bedroom with a walk-in closet and a practical desk. Finally, a modern and functional bathroom with spacious glass shower.
The entire apartment is equipped with amenities designed to make your stay simple and pleasant: washing machine, dishwasher, independent heating, air conditioning, mosquito nets and two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
We kindly inform you that for stays over 30 nights, Guests are required to complete the AA4\8 form for the Italian Revenue Agency, which is essential for obtaining the necessary Tax Code for the stay.
This step is mandatory for contract registration purposes and must be completed before arrival please.
You will recceive the attached document via email, after the reservation has been confirmed.

The costs for utilities (water, electricity and gas) are the responsibility of the tenant for the period of stay.
Contract registration fees:
Stamp duty: 32 Euro
Registration Tax: 1% of reservation total
Tax Code service Agency fee (for Foreigners only) : 30 Euro
Registration Tax Agency service: 25 Euro
In order to confirm the reservation, a non refundable downpayment of 30% of the total is kindly required.
The balance of the remaining 70% is to be paid anytime within 15 days of the check-in date. If the stay will not be fully paid by then, the reservation is cancelled and the paid 30% is charged.
Damage deposit for the apartment: Euro 1.000
The amount is to be refunded after 7 working days, if all utilities are fully paid and no damage is found by our Staff.
