The double sofa bed features a comfortable 160x196\H17 cm mattress, creating a cozy sleeping area in just a few moments. The smart TV is connected to the internet via both Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable. The bathroom is very large and bright, and includes a toilet, sink, bidet, a 120x70 cm shower box, storage cabinets, and a hairdryer. In the laundry area, you’ll find a quiet 7 kg washing machine, drying rack, electric broom, iron and ironing board, and a storage cabinet.

To confirm your stay and sign the rental agreement, we kindly ask you to provide documentation showing the temporary nature of your visit and proof of financial reliability.
Arrival notice: Please let us know at least 2 days in advance before check-in.
Security deposit: Between 1 and 2 months’ rent, depending on the length of your stay and your guest profile – this is decided at the owner's discretion.
Condo fees and utilities are included in your rent. Electricity is covered up to €50\month – if you use more, we’ll simply deduct the extra from your deposit.
Cancellation notice: We kindly require a 30-day notice for early termination of the rental.
Final cleaning & sanitization fee: €150.
Need cleaning during your stay? It’s available upon request for an additional fee.
Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM – you'll be welcomed in person!
