This apartment is located in an extremely peaceful and safe neighborhood. You will have a total of 43 m2 own space on the top floor of a 3-storey building (33 m2 inside space + a huge 10 m2 private, sunny balcony).
The apartment building is located in Pohjois-Tapiola which is a highly respected, peaceful and safe neighbourhood surrounded by nature. Great forest paths for walking\jogging\biking start just behind the building. Pohjois-Tapiola is located next to Otaniemi (Aalto University campus) and it takes only 10 minutes by bike to Aalto University's Otaniemi campus area. If you like walking it is only ~2.5 km to Aalto Uni and by bus\metro it takes around 15 minutes.
This fully furnished move-in ready home is suitable for example for an Erasmus exchange student, an internship, a summer worker, a postdoctoral researcher, a PhD student or a Master's Thesis worker, who is coming to study\work for example at Aalto University, University of Helsinki or Hanken School of Economics or to the Keilaniemi\Keilaranta business area which is located next to Otaniemi.

~200 meters to the nearest city bike station. There are 460 city bike stations inside the area of Espoo + Helsinki and they are open between April and October.
~10 minutes to the seaside and Laajalahti nature reserve area by bike
couple of minutes by bike to a huge Tapiola Golf course area which is surrounded by sand roads for walking\biking\jogging (or xc-skiing during winter time)

?TARGET TENANT
Rented only to a NON-SMOKING, trustworthy, reliable and honest person (or two person with a different rent), who respects the property and the neighbours. You want to keep the apartment clean&tidy, don't cause any disturbance to the neighbours and remember to pay the rent on time.
NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTY ANIMALS!
The tenant needs to have a clean credit report (landlady checks this thing).
Note that smoking an e-cigarette is also smoking so rented only to a person (two persons) who doesn't (don't) use e-cigarettes!
?GOOD TO KNOW!
No smoking\vaping\drugs or anything similar allowed!
No parties\pets\subtenants\subletting\air b&b\couch-surfing or anything similar!
No incense stick smoking!
No deep-frying, use of excessive oil or flaming when making\frying food on the stove or in the oven (to avoid grease residues all over the apartment)! Kitchen area must be kept clean like the rest of the apartment.
A written rental agreement is signed between me (landlady\owner of this studio) and you (the tenant).
?READY TO MOVE IN HOME
Move-in ready home including everything seen in the photos + much more (for example kitchen and cleaning stuff inside the cabinets). Possibility to have also bed linen, towels and\or bicycle(s). Basically you can just bring your suitcase and start living. Ask for a more detailed list of the items included. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want\need.
?COSTS
?The rent depends on the rental period and how many persons are moving in. The listing price is for = one year for one person. Please ask for the price for some other period and\or for two persons before making a booking request, thank you.?
Water + electricity + Wi-Fi are all ready to use when you move in. Utility fee is 100 e\month and it is paid monthly on top of the rent.
Tenant(s) must purchase a home insurance in Finland for the whole renting period. I will help you with the insurance procedure so don't worry about it. The insurance costs are ~11 e\month.
Nothing works with gas. Central heating + waste management + warm bike storage spaces + separate drying rooms with heaters for washed laundry are also all included.
Refundable security deposit is EITHER 1 x the monthly costs (six months or less) OR 2 x the monthly costs (longer than six months). Security deposit is paid via Housing Anywhere before the move-in day.
Ask for a possibility to use the sauna in the building and\or rent a car parking space (costs extra).
Possible to have also bed linen, towels and\or bicycle(s) (costs extra).
