Barcelona welcomes you to this cozy 48m2 apartment for you to enjoy your stay from day 1. Full of natural light, well distributed and in an exclusive location, with all the stores and services you need very close.
The day area has a nice living room with sofa and TV and table for 4 people. It also has a balcony overlooking the city.
The kitchen is independent and has been fully equipped so that nothing is missing when cooking, you will find all the necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms. The main one is double with closets and very bright, the second one is single with closets, table and chair and exit to balcony.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning and high speed wifi.
It is very close to stores of all kinds between supermarkets, medical services, banks, schools and much more, with multiple bus stops and the nearest metro station 4 minutes away is Hospital Clinic (L5).
The location is ideal, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet and residential, it is always one of the favorites of Barcelona. It is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings.
