The living room has a comfortable sofa, television and air conditioning. It also has access to a long balcony overlooking the courtyard and where you will also find the laundry area.
The kitchen is integrated in an adjoining space with all the appliances designed to simplify your day to day life, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher among others.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, with natural light, bedside table and wardrobes. The flat has a complete bathroom with shower.

Just a 2-minute walk from the spectacular Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, declared a World Heritage Site and which hosts various cultural and artistic events as well as being a work of art in itself. From there you can walk along Avenida Gaudí towards the Sagrada Familia, perhaps the most iconic work of art in the Catalan capital. Close to the flat you will also find several supermarkets, pharmacies and hospitals.
