This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful building located on Marin Garcia street, the most central and quoted area of Malaga.
Entering through the main door we find a diaphanous area composed of a beautiful living room, superbly decorated with every detail, and exterior. The living room has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment a capacity of up to 6 people. In the other part of the room we have the dining room, with a table for 6 people. Continuing through the dining room we reach the kitchen, independent and fully equipped with everything you need.
Across the living room we find the two bedrooms, both exterior, facing Marin Garcia street. One of them has a double bed of 1.80 x 1.90 and the other with two beds of 0.90 x 1.90. In front of both bedrooms is the bathroom, complete and with shower.
Marin Garcia street is one of the most valued in Malaga. It is located in the best area of the center, a few meters from the emblematic Larios street, the main artery of the city.
