Its location is perfect because it has a very good connection to the Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) (taking the LS9 metro line you will be in 39 min.), to the Barcelona-Sants Station (just 20 min. walk or 10 min. with metro line 5) to Camp Nou (10 min. on foot) and the center of Barcelona (22 min. to Plaça de Catalunya with metro line 1). Supermarkets and pharmacies in less than 2 min.
MUCH MORE THAN A COLIVING
We have designed a comfortable, spacious and with lots of open air environment to make you feel at home, have your privacy and allow you to create connections with other colivers. The jewel in the crown is the 40m2 rooftop terrace that has a pergola and sofas to sit and enjoy a good conversation or simply relax and get some sun.
Inside you will find common areas such as the living\dining room, the quintessential place to rest, chat or watch a series on TV. Attached to this space is the kitchen, which has all the utensils to prepare your favorite dishes or discover flavors from other parts of the world with other colivers.
To wash your clothes you can use any of the two washing machines available, as well as dry them in the dryer or in the outside drying area.
The building uses renewable energy, specifically solar and aerothermal energy, so that you can enjoy an optimal temperature at any time of the year. To do this, you can use the heating or air conditioning when you need it and adjust to your personal preference. In addition, it has a constant air renewal system, which keeps the air fresh all day without even opening the window.
This penthouse bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace is the dream of any couple working remotely. A very bright space with two windows with electric shutters and access to your own private terrace (6m2) and the big shared rooftop terrace.
