The apartment, located on the first floor of an elegant renovated building with an elevator, boasts a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the inner courtyard. The living area is furnished with a dining table, a closet and a kitchenette equipped with many cooking tools, including a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a mirrored closet, a TV and a desk. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
