The 1-room apartment, 41qm in the 4th floor with lift, is sunny, bright and quiet. Little balcony to the garden site. Fully equipped for living. One room with bed and sitting corner, table, smart - TV. The kitchen fully equipped with fridge, washing mashine, plates, dishes. Bathroom with shower. Towels and bed stuff are provided.
There IS a large hall and extra kitchen .
All Windows and the Balkony are facing the large Community Garden area
ANMELDUNG is possible. For Anmeldung you need to have the retal agreement and the confirmation from me that you have moved into the flat.
The security deposit payment 2000 euro needs to be done in advance. If you book with a short notice it has to be paid the latest on arrival before you get the keys.
The rent is 1060 per month.
The rent includes internet, central heating, gas ( up to 50 euro per month), electricity (up to 50 euro per month)
When you make a booking request please note, that the ending of the rental contract is possible only by the end of the month. So please make your booking until the end of the month.
As the system does not allow the private contact before booking you need to make your request with as many details as you can provide. Please email some more information about you and your partner if you are not alone like:
Where are you from and where do you stay now?
When and for how long you are planning to move to Berlin ?
What is your financial situation? Do you have a job contract ? proof of Salary ( Lohnbescheinigung) ? if not, do you have Savings to pay the deposit and the rent , will need as a prove the bank statements.
Are you planning to work in Berlin? Can you upload your working contract?

Anmeldung ist möglich. Hierzu benötigen Sie den Mietvertrag und die Einzugsbescheinigung des Vermieters.
