This apartment is located in the Salamanca district, one of the most sought-after and safest in the centre of Madrid, opposite the tourist Ventas bullring and close to most of the city's tourist attractions, in a commercial and leisure area close to \;the Golden Mile\;, with the most exclusive shops in Madrid. Ideal for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with 2 lifts and can accommodate 10 people. Designed and equipped to make efficient use of space and offer maximum comfort, it has high-end furniture and equipment.
The living-dining room has a single sofa bed and a 160x200 folding double bed. It has two tables for 10 people and a large breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable and long stay.
The night area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed and 4 bunk beds; 2 of them are foldable and give rise to a large desk. All beds have 28cm memory foam mattresses.
The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms (one en suite), both with a large shower with thermostatic control, 500 liters of hot water and an electric towel rack.
The apartment has fiber optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms.
