This serene and sophisticated 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex penthouse apartment in the famous Barrio de Las Letras neighbourhood, next to the Paseo del Prado, stands out both for its excellent location and for its meticulous decoration and architectural design.
Upon entering the flat we find the social area, divided between the living room, which has a sofa-bed; the dining room and the kitchen, fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as a variety of kitchenware.
